Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multi-project construction operations
- Manage resources, budgets & project performance

Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- 8–10 years of construction experience (Mandatory)
- Strong UAE construction operations background
- Expertise in budgeting, risk management & team leadership
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
