Job Description
Lead Opendoor’s operations in home data gathering in downtown Toronto. This key position focuses on effective inspections and enhancing the seller experience from start to finish.
As the Operations Manager, you will oversee the in-person assessment and inspection processes, ensuring quality and timeliness. Your role will involve diagnosing issues, building operational systems, and managing vendor partnerships to achieve optimal performance. You will directly impact home acquisitions through efficient data handling and quality assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee scheduling and execution of assessments
• Manage and improve defect rates and quality
• Create systems for process tracking and improvement
• Maintain relationships with key vendors
• Advocate for the seller experience throughout data collection
Requirements:
• 3–7+ years of operations experience
• Proven track record managing vendor relations
• Comprehensive systems thinking approach
