Operations Manager (Japanese Language Proficiency)

**Meet The Team** :

The Operations Manager is a key member of Cisco’s Commerce Operations (CO) organization. CO provides operational engagement and advisory services to customers, partners, and sales teams across the commerce processes for Cisco’s products, services, and software businesses. The Operations Analyst works directly with sales and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver world-class operations management and advisory services.

In this role, we are also looking for Japanese language skills, candidate is expected to have proficient Japanese communication (written and verbal).

**What You'll do:**

Commit Management

+ Attend forecast calls to identify and understand key priorities for the week, month, and quarter.
+ Accountable for weekly commit operationalization, coordinating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Channel, Engineering, Finance, IT, Customer Service) to track progress and drive required actions.
