Qualifications & Experience
- Tertiary education Diploma or higher
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in management or leading a team
- Strong Leadership skills
- Problem solving, decision making, proactive planning
- Extensive Courier industry Operations & Linehaul experience
- Freightware or Parcel Perfect knowledge & experience (Advantage)
- Good interpersonal, communication & teambuilding skills
- Good relationship building (staff, customers, branches, suppliers)
- Admin ability & experience
- Ability to make difficult decisions
- Ability to plan
- Ability to interpret and follow a budget and manage a P&L
- Valid driver’s license and own car
- Motivated, energy, enthusiasm & passion for the job
- Runway – potential to grow
- Ability to work under pressure
- PC Experience (E-mail/Word/Excel)
