As the Operations Manager, you will be asked to work collaboratively with the Assistant Director of Integrated Care to plan, direct, and coordinate daily operations of the Infusion Center. The OM will work to improve the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of the Infusions service line through the provision of effective methods and strategies. 

The Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Infusions Department including, when appropriate, human resources management, budget management, payroll, quality reporting and trending, staffing, and process improvement using Lean methodology.
