Operations Manager - Canada (English/French) - Mississauga
Summary
The Operations Manager plans, coordinates, organizes, and oversees production & warehousing activities across a multi‑site Canadian operation. Their primary responsibility is to ensure the efficient production of goods and services, delivering on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity (SQDIP) targets. Additionally, the Operations Manager is responsible for producing high‑quality goods on time to meet customer demands.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties
- Collaborate with Planning, Customer Service and Purchasing to ensure materials are ordered and scheduled in time to fulfill customer demand.
- Manage both the Shipping, Receiving and Production teams to ensure processes are followed and best practices are implemented.
- Lead weekly meetings with Planning and Purchasing to manage late orders and ensure they are scheduled into manufacturing.
