**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Oversee daily operations of the Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) plants to ensure efficiency and quality.
+ Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
+ Manage and develop plant staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
+ Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to meet customer demands and optimize delivery schedules.
+ Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
