JOB DETAILS

Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements
Estimate costs and prepare budgets

Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.

To work closely with client servicing and production team for deliverables.

Should understand thoroughly about corporate events, ATL and BTL Background.

From understanding and working on brief, event planning, coordination.

Handling vendors to venue management.

Monitor production, events and all the necessary activities to resolve issues.

Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)

Source venues, third-party vendors, and talent for all aspects of event activations

Build and oversee budget.

Work with internal teams on creative and design.

Create event materials such as run of show timelines, contact lists, deliverables, shortlists, and other ...
