Position Summary
This position serves in a leadership role overseeing the agency’s Residential service programs and Camp and Volunteer Coordinator and provides support to the Director Residential Services.
Essential Functions
Responsible for hiring, training, supervising, evaluating and ongoing administrative management of Site Managers and Camp and Volunteer Coordinator to ensure quality services to individuals.
Oversees overall site staffing with the site managers. Assists Site Managers as needed to hire DSPs.
Provides oversight in site administrative, regulatory and environmental compliance.
Serves as back up and assistance for site managers and Director of Residential Services as needed.
