Operations Manager

Acme Freight is looking for an Operations Manager to become part of our team.

We're looking for an individual with a strong ability to lead a team daily and communicate effectively between all levels of staff.

This position is required to handle the day-to-day within our operations and manage dispatch to make sure they are keeping all deliveries on time.

A successful operations manager will be able to handle on-the-road conflict and crisis at a moment’s notice.

Prior experience in the field is required, looking for DSP exeperience.

Operations Manager Responsibilities:

• To maintain the schedule of all delivery drivers throughout the week, make switches and changes as required.


• To help oversee fleet changes in the morning before the arrival of delivery drivers To successfully assign routes and get morning totes for each route and driver for daily operations.
