Job Description

            Relevant Industry Experience Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in construction operations, exposure to swimming pool construction, M&E services, piping and water-treatment systems. 
Project and Site Management Proven ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring works completed safely on schedule and within budget given and within required quality standards. 
Team Leadership & Coordination Strong leadership skills to manage site supervisors, project teams, subcontractors and supplier while maintaining effective communication with clients and consultants. 
Technical and Regulatory Knowledge Good understanding of construction methods, swimming pool systems, piping installations, workplace safety requirements and relevant Singapore construction regulations.
