Job Description
Supervisory
- Oversees and ensures that the day to day operations of the Organization run smoothly.
- Ensure that the work conditions and environments are adequate, safe and in compliance with the Workplace Safety & Health Act.
- Conducts performance evaluations objectively.
- Handle discipline and termination of employees when needed, in accordance with the Organization's policies, procedures and compliance with the relevant authorities.
- Provide guidance, coaching and directions to the line managers and lay out the expectations.
- Working with the Board of Directors in establishing the Key Performance Index (quantitative and qualitative), aligning with the Organization's Objectives.
