Roles and Responsibilities

  • To have complete understanding of KYCs and regulatory reforms.

  • Should have at least 5 years of experience in operation department with sound knowledge of PL and Business loan

  • Monitor daily operations to ensure a free flow process and also supervise the execution of daily tasks.

  • He/She ensure policies and procedures of the company are followed correctly to avoid risk and also ensure that the credibility of the company is upheld by enforcing professional standard of operating in staff members.

  • Create a strong Work force by developing competent individuals within team.

  • Develops back plans to protect business operation in the event of System issues.
