Operations Manager – Warehouse & Logistics

As Operations Manager – Warehouse & Logistics, you will lead end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations across a fast‑paced, multinational site in Dubai. Your leadership will directly impact Ingram Micro’s ability to deliver reliably to partners and customers across the region.

• Lead day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations—including inbound, outbound, and inventory—ensuring safety, compliance, and service excellence across the site.
• Lead, coach, and develop a diverse operations team, including supervisors and frontline associates, building capability and a culture of accountability and continuous development.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and deliver measurable operational gains.
