Must-Haves
Proven leadership experience in an Investment Casting manufacturing environment

7+ years of production or operations leadership experience

Strong understanding of investment casting processes and associated technical challenges

Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives and operational performance

Working knowledge of Six Sigma or structured problem-solving methodologies

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, Materials Science, or equivalent experience
