This is an opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual who is fluent in both English and Spanish.
As Operations Manager, your main responsibility will be the growth and development of Agronegocios Chabac's citrus and cattle operations.
You will oversee the efficient operations of a team of 25 employees across 2 ranches with a combined property size of over **** hectares, 25,000 lime trees and 150 head of cattle.
Experience in agriculture is required and knowledge of Izamal and surrounding area will be an important asset.
We're looking for someone to lead teams, collaborate with various stakeholders, and drive the overall success of the business.
