Job Summary
As the Operations Molding Manager located in Tijuana, you will support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth.
Reporting to the BU Director – BFG Molding, the role involves overseeing assembly operations, staffing, inventory, and ensuring adherence to ISO and safety standards.
Responsibilities
Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels.
Oversee assembly operations to meet corporate KOI.
Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints.
Coordinate with other departments and Flex sites to drive excellence.
Coordinate efforts of the operations team by establishing procurement, production, and engineering services policies and practices.
Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to.
Report to the leadership team in weekly operations reviews.
