Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and shippingcompanies regarding deliveries and shipment schedules.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure proper documentation.
- Supervise warehouse personnel and oversee daily warehouse operations.
- Ensure proper receiving, storage, and release of materials and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
- Conduct periodic inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Procurement and Technical teams regarding material requirements.
- Prepare operational reports related to logistics and warehouse activities.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and company policies.
- Serve as System Administrator for operational transactions and basic system support.
