Operations Planner

We’re looking for an Associate Production Planner to support end-to-end order management across multiple brand channels within the lingerie and apparel space. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring purchase orders, production timelines, and delivery schedules are accurate and on track while partnering with internal teams and offshore support.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain purchase orders (POs) across systems


• Manage PO updates, amendments, and issue resolution


• Track production timelines including dye and cut dates


• Maintain accurate on-order reporting and delivery tracking


• Partner with offshore teams to ensure data accuracy in SAP/Mainframe systems
