Planning & Scheduling

• Plan and optimize ATM cash delivery and replenishment schedules
• Coordinate with ATM Forecasting, Operations, and Control Center.
• Ensure efficient route planning and resource utilization.

Operational Control

• Monitor CIT execution, route compliance, and service performance.
• Control deviations, delays, and operational issues.
• Ensure adherence to SOP, security procedures, and internal controls.

Risk, Security & Compliance

• Ensure CIT activities comply with security standards and regulations.
• Monitor operational risks and escalate incidents accordingly.
• Support internal and external audits.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

• Prepare operational and performance reports.
• Monitor SLA achievement and identify improvement opportunities.
