Operations Product Specialist

**Responsibilities**

+ Define, deliver, and adapt specialized financial products that meet customer needs by selecting the best possible approaches available within established systems
+ Deliver defined features, functionality, or outcomes from a designated part of the development or engineering program
+ Execute product testing, including end-to-end and integration testing, to validate functionality, performance, and system interactions
+ Operate in a tools and technology-driven environment, leveraging testing frameworks and QA tools to improve efficiency and accuracy
+ Identify, document, and support resolution of defects in collaboration with cross-functional teams
+ Supervise others working within established operational systems
+ Monitor all aspects of a product life cycle, including development and marketing, to maintain competitive positioning
+ Analyze product performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify improvement opportunities
