Job Details

We are looking for an Operations Administrative Specialist to provide comprehensive support to the Operations Team across all logistics and customs activities. This role requires flexibility and availability to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and nights (remote), to support import arrivals and export departures in compliance with customs regulations.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure activities are executed efficiently, timely and cost-effectively.
• Ensure client needs and expectations are consistently met in coordination with internal teams and global offices.
• Guarantee compliance with all applicable regulations, internal procedures, and customs guidelines.
• Transmit import and export courier declarations to Customs and support tariff classification inquiries.
