Description for Candidates:
Plan, coordinate and supervise daily activities of assigned department; ensure efficient operations. Perform all jobs safely, efficiently and accurately to maintain and improve the performance of the entire plant in the areas of Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR). Responsibilities for Candidates:
- Direct area supervisors and associates in the proper usage of safe manufacturing practices, including the hazards of products being produced and ensure accountability.
- Validate proper scheduling to maximize line efficiency while minimizing labor costs.
