About the role

Valkyrie Professional Services is recruiting an experienced ops specialist into a security‑cleared government IT environment in Wellington.

Responsibilities

You’ll own service transition, BAU coordination, governance documentation, and operational reporting across a complex end‑user device ecosystem — mobile, telephony, thin clients, and collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• Service operations or transition background
• ITIL awareness and ITSM toolset experience
• Strong documentation and governance discipline
• Current Confidential Vetting (CV) clearance — non‑negotiable

Clearance transfer can take up to 2 months — factor this into your availability.
