Position Overview

An international logistics company is expanding its operations in Spain and is looking for an Operations Specialist to join its growing team in Barcelona.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import and export operations, primarily within maritime freight.
• Coordinate bookings and shipments with shipping lines, agents, and logistics partners.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing operational support and shipment updates.
• Prepare, review, and manage all required shipping and customs documentation.
• Monitor shipments and proactively resolve operational issues or delays.
• Support the development and implementation of operational processes within the new Barcelona office.
