Operations Specialist, Renovations Plus (REMOTE-ATL)

**Job Summary**

Responsible for providing operational expertise within the Branch as well as lead in the creation and implementation of processes that ensure Branch compliance. Identify and analyze operational inefficiencies to establish best practices. Conduct Full Branch reviews and provide oversight for month end reporting.

**Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities**

+ Establishes operational processes and ensures alignment with corporate operational strategies.
+ Investigates operational issues and resolves general problems.
+ Drives documentation process and evaluates information pertaining to Branch operations.
+ Serves as point of contact for SOX audits and various administrative programs compliance by establishing processes and providing direction to Branch associates.
+ Interfaces regularly with clients, customers and/or internal personnel to communicate information.
+ Provides training related information and tools.
