Position Overview

At Trukcargo LLC we're seeking a Freight Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing ground transportation operations across domestic and cross-border shipments, ensuring on-time deliveries, and providing excellent communication between customers and drivers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor truckload shipments (domestic, import/export, cross-border).
• Track and update shipment status while maintaining constant communication with customers and drivers.
• Prepare and manage transportation documentation, including customs requirements when applicable.
• Handle operational issues and provide quick, effective solutions.
• Report performance metrics and ensure service level compliance.
