Operations Supervisor

SUMMARY:
The Operations Superviser, based in Durban and reporting to the responsible Area Manager will be responsible for maintaining service levels and staffing requirements at various sites.  The role is aligned to the strategic and operational imperatives of the company. A successful track record working in a similar role within the service industry combined with deep experience in the TES and Recruitment environment is essential. POSITION INFO:

• Onboarding staff as per operational requirements.
• Drafting and issuing employee contracts.
• Crim checks using Lexis Nexis.
• Arranging medicals.
• Arranging Inductions.
• PPE ordering and issuing.
• Loading new employees on clients’ systems (HSEC).
• Regular site meetings with employees and visits to site management.
