Job Description
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our growing team in the Philippines. If you have a strong background in financial operations, reconciliation, and team leadership, and you’re passionate about improving processes through automation and digital tools, this role is for you!
What you’ll do:
- Oversee accurate and timely booking of transactions (new business, renewals, adjustments, cancellations, refunds)
- Lead end-to-end reconciliation (premium receivables, collections, commissions, and more)
- Ensure strong controls through maker-checker governance
- Drive process improvements and digital initiatives to reduce manual work
- Coach and lead a team to deliver high-quality outputs within SLA
