Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the end-to-end oversight of warehouse operations, inventory control, and quality assurance. This position ensures the seamless execution of shipping, receiving, and stock management while managing ah‑hoc operations request on value‑added work such as RockCycle (waste sorting), lamination processes and other insulation value‑added work.

The incumbent serves as a critical link in the organization, managing facility infrastructure, security, and government compliance. Practical and systematic, the role focuses on optimizing operational performance, ensuring the safe use of material‑handling equipment, and providing strategic insights as logistics specialist.
