We are seeking a highly motivated and dependable Operations Supervisor – Control Room Operator to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for monitoring incoming calls, enforcing safety and security procedures, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth operations of the control room.
Key Responsibilities
Enforce all safety rules and immediately address any safety infractions.
Monitor direct connect and telephone transmissions to ensure quick response to incoming calls.
Respond promptly to calls from the Maintenance Department regarding hazards, unusual occurrences, or requests for assistance.
Accurately complete required operations paperwork and documentation.
Contact and coordinate replacement personnel during unscheduled absences.
