Operations Supervisor/Lead – Production

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager and collaborating with the operations team at Tersus, you will lead a team of Production Associates to ensure the success of our brand partners and the consistent achievement of daily production goals. You will oversee daily production activities, maintain quality standards, and foster a positive and accountable team culture in a fast-paced production environment.

This is a hands‑on role for a strong people leader who is willing to get involved in every aspect of the process while also stepping back to assess workflows and drive continuous improvement. It is a physically active role that also requires strategic thinking and the ability to collaborate and communicate up and down the organization.
