Operations & Supply Chain Director (Lerma de Villada)

Morgan Philips Executive Search is looking for an Operations & Supply Chain Director based in Lerma, Estado de Mexico for a Pharmaceutical company.

The main objective of this position is the overall responsibility for the management of all activities in the client manufacturing plant, in particular all manufacturing, quality, supply chain, maintenance and engineering, ensuring compliance with the client philosophy and Leadership Principles.

Develop and meet plant objectives according to the objectives of the Mexican organization and those of the Tech Ops and provide personnel with the appropriate tools, systems and training to perform their work effectively.

Compliance with the Investment Expenditure budget.

Provide leadership so that the entire manufacturing site is aligned with local and corporate objectives and ensure adequate reporting to the global legal committee.
