Operations Support Coordinator

We are looking for an Operations Support Coordinator to support both pharmacy operations and wider clinical operations. The role is split between hands‑on pharmacy support – ensuring stock is maintained, orders are packed and dispatched accurately, and the pharmacy runs smoothly – and operational coordination, including reporting, scheduling, stock tracking, and process management. You will also gain an understanding of our remote Weight Management service and provide operational support across the Clinical Operations team when needed, including clinician onboarding, rota planning, and performance tracking. This role is ideal for someone organised, proactive, and interested in health technology and scaling healthcare operations. You’ll work closely with pharmacy and clinical teams in a fast‑paced, growing environment.

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site role based at eMed Pharmacy in Euston, London, working Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00.
