Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide ERP customer support services for enterprise-level IM/IT solutions.
- Support aerospace equipment business management operations and related IT systems.
- Develop, implement and manage projects related to aerospace and military systems.
- Provide operational guidance on ERP system usage and business processes.
- Support the development of data governance structures and documentation.
- Deliver site management support for enterprise resource planning users.
- Conduct business analysis to identify system requirements workflows and improvements.
- Monitor and manage user profiles access and system configuration changes.
