Overview:
- Ensure compliance with the quality and safety standards established by the company in the production of receipt and distribution of railcars in the yard.
- Ensure compliance with ISO and WOW regulatory process indicators.

**Job Description**:
Perform audits of the SGN and processes (SOPs).
Hold meetings to review indicators, follow up on objectives, workshops and analysis of improvements or root cause of findings.
Perform operator training.
Perform risk and opportunity analysis by identifying risk points that may affect quality and create containment and improvement actions.
Understand customer requirements on the condition of vehicles prior to shipment.
Plan and direct quality assurance and safety activities to people.
Ensure the quality of the client's product by analyzing situations of product vulnerability.
