Operations Team Lead

**SUMMARY**:The Operations Team Lead ensures accurate input of required data and makes sure the International Specialists coordinate operations from receipt of shipping invoices to shipment of materials to destination and invoicing the customer.Ensures customer satisfaction and good relations with all parties involved in the coordination of the movement of each shipment.Analyzes existing procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.Maintains adequate communication with employees, managers, and international partners.
