- General oversight of the quality assurance function at Pestkil
- General oversight of the health & safety function at Pestkil
- Assisting with the implementation of business processes and procedures
- Contributing to the ongoing development of business goals and strategic plans
- Managing the development and implementation of Pestkil technical learning & development function; including the overseeing of all operations new hire training schedules
- Managing and ensuring all fleet management and equipment management processes are being carried out
