Reporting to the Ganger/Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality highway maintenance service that makes a real difference to our communities. You will support the upkeep of the highway network, ensuring all maintenance activities are completed to a high standard and in line with the strategies and policies of the County Council and Essex Highways.
A strong focus on customer service is essential. You will work as part of a team that takes pride in maintaining excellent standards, using clear communication and positive interpersonal skills to deal with enquiries in a helpful and professional manner. This will ensure customers feel informed, respected, and confident in the services and standards the Council provides.
