We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Centre Operator to support the day-to-day operations of our data centre facilities. The role is responsible for monitoring systems, maintaining hardware, responding to incidents, and ensuring the availability, security, and performance of critical IT infrastructure.

• Monitor data centre systems, servers, networks, and environmental controls (power, cooling, alarms)
• Perform routine operational tasks such as system checks, backups
• Manage rack, cable, label, and decommission servers and network equipment
• Respond to alerts, incidents, and service requests in accordance with SLAs and procedures
• Escalate issues to engineering or vendor teams when required
• Maintain accurate documentation, inventory records, and change logs
