- Perform essential duties accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct 6S activities before and after shift.
- Understand and follow operations specifications and SOPs within the assigned area.
- Properly hand off line status to incoming shifts.
- Ensure quality of products and prevent any quality issues on the line; aim for zero lot rejection.
- Handle assigned machines/area and keep certification badge updated.
- Deliver required output on the assigned area/station, meeting utilization/capacity parameters.
- Escalate or report any problems on the line to the supervisor or lead operator (or in the absence of a supervisor) on duty.
- Set up and isolate stations with minor issues such as set‑up or machine‑related problems following OCAP.
- Maintain real‑time machine downtime, lot history, splitting and merging transactions of lots as applicable.
