Job Description
**Roles & Responsibilities**
The Production Operator assists with the food processing operation and filling according to work instructions. He/She will ensure the cleanliness with good housekeeping in our production plants.He/She will report to the First Line Manager of the Production Plant.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Perform operation according to work instruction.
+ Prepare for start-up, which includes verification of metal detectors and other operational prerequisite programs/critical control point.
+ Machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
+ Check and record net weight digitally.
+ Always maintain Hygiene and Safety.
+ Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
**Requirements:**
+ Weekly Rotating shift :
+ Mon-Sat : 7am-3pm
+ Mon-Fri : 3pm-11pm
+ Mon-Fri : 11pm-7am
+ Minimum NITEC or Foreign Diploma/Degree in Engineering.
+ Work in Non-Air con environment.
