Operator - Polishing/Debur @ Tuas

To debur all the edger or sharp edge of product part

To polish product by metal scrapper, compressed air tools or stone grinders.

To perform washing of product or part after polishing.

To provide and maintain all debur working areas house-keeping -5S and ensure all debur practices are in accordance to A & One Precision best practices and other practices which the Company may introduce from time to time.

To maintain good workplace health and safety rules and regulations compliances at all time in workplace.

Ensure safe custody of debur or polishing product part in correct place.

To co-ordinate and human relation working attitude with your department and other fellow team and others department pro-actively and team-work at all time for general debur or polish targets and timely update/delivery.

To continuous improvement of debur or polish job and etc.
