Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive starting salary of $385,000 with steady annual increases; earnings may reach $480,000 over time

Total Bonus Incentive near $500K: Sign-on of $220,000 & up to $250K for housing

PSLF eligibility – Loan Forgiveness

Up to $250,000 in housing assistance with interest fully paid for 10 years

Robust retirement: true pension plan covering up to 50% of income in retirement

Employer contributions of roughly $26,000 per year and a 401(k) deferral plan
