Responsibilities

Assistant Store Managers will support the Store Manager with overseeing day‑to‑day retail operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. They take on a store leadership role when the Store Manager is away, working closely to ensure customers receive professional eye care and eyewear styling advice. They strive to encourage a team that provides exceptional customer service to everyone who visits the store.
