Job Description Job Description Position Overview We are seeking experienced Lead Fiber Field Technicians to support large-scale fiber circuit audit projects within active data center environments. This is a hands-on role requiring strong fiber optics expertise, troubleshooting skills, and attention to detail. Candidates must have prior experience working with fiber infrastructure and be capable of independently performing inspections, testing, documentation, and issue resolution in mission-critical environments. Key Responsibilities * Perform end-to-end fiber circuit audits across multiple DMARC locations during each shift. * Clean, inspect, and scope fiber end-faces using industry-standard tools and best practices. * Conduct optical power testing at 1310nm and 1550nm wavelengths. * Identify and resolve fiber contamination issues while differentiating contamination from physical damage. * Escalate unresolved issues according to established procedures. * Record test results, au...
