Job Description
Expectations:
- At least 7 years of Cerner Millennium work experience with good knowledge on two or more Cerner solutions, Preferably Cerner HIM-Health Information Management, Clinical Reporting and RRD(Remote Report Distribution)
- Ability to resolve complex issues in a timely manner and provide SME advice.
- Experienced in Cerner applications support, Enhancements, Incident management or Cerner millennium projects, Perform complex troubleshooting, change management, document notes and knowledge articles.
- Guide customers through current workflows, upgrades, enhancements and system changes.
- Resolve escalated problems and issues using solution expertise, raised during operations, maintenance, upgrades.
- Ability to work in support services and on-call environment.
