:We are seeking a senior Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) to support and manage enterprise database environments. This role focuses on Oracle DBA operations (not development), providing hands-on administration, performance tuning, automation, and high availability support while partnering closely with application teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, upgrade, patch, and tune Oracle databases (RAC, Data Guard, RMAN, OEM, ASM, Partitioning)
Provide day-to-day DBA support, ensuring high availability, performance, security, and data integrity
Monitor databases and systems (processes, logs, storage, locks, traces) and proactively resolve issues
Manage backup, recovery, disaster recovery, replication, and failover (GoldenGate or HVR)
