Oracle EBS R12.2 Financials Business Analyst / Tester

**Description**

Tyto Athene is searching for an experienced **Oracle EBS R12.2 Financials Business Analyst / Tester** to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Enterprise Operations & Support Services (EOSS) contract. This dual-role professional will be responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into functional designs, as well as developing and executing comprehensive test plans. The ideal candidate will ensure that all Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) functional enhancements and patches meet strict DoD financial readiness (FIAR) and operational standards.

**Responsibilities:**
