**Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation Specialist**
**Location:** Charlotte, NC – hybrid, 4 days per week on-site (non-negotiable)
**Type:** Contract-to-hire
**Experience:** 5–10 years preferred

**Summary**
We are seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Configuration Specialist with deep focus on the Workforce Compensation module to support a large enterprise client's HR technology team. This is a hands-on techno-functional role responsible for configuration, reporting, data management, and ongoing support of the Fusion HCM compensation environment, including annual merit and bonus cycles. The role partners closely with compensation and HR technology stakeholders and supports SOX compliance and system upgrade efforts.
